A dirt track leads to the mountain community of “Los Acuáticos”. Founded in 1943 by the disciples of Antoñica Izquierdo who had discovered the healing virtues of water at a time when the famers of the region did not have access to conventional medicine, the community lives on the mountainside. A family still lives half-way to the top of the mountain, in a blue house. A magnificent view is awaiting you, as well as various crops, like coffee and sugar cane.
